Quilt Sunday, 2022

Most Thursdays during the winter, weather permitting, hand made quilts are sewed by our women's group. Last year's quilts decorated the pews for our service this past Sunday. They will be delivered to Lutheran World Relief for world-wide distribution later this spring. Quilt making season was modified due to the Covid-19 virus but the group still completed 46 quilts and 22 lap robes.

Also during the service the Mt. Zion tradition to present this year's high school graduates with a quilt of their choice was observed.
Pictured at left are Conner Kipps (left) and Cole Kipps being presented their quilts by Pastor Jeff May.
